Born and raised in Somerville, Shawn Sullivan has spent more than half his life immersed in the real estate industry.  His passion for real estate began in the late ‘80’s when he bought his first piece of land and developed three homes.  He then went on to obtain his Construction Supervisors License and launched a successful realty trust firm that specialized in residential land opportunities. Here, Shawn led the business from initial start-up, structuring operations, overseeing fiscal planning, transaction negotiations, and all general contracting activities.  During this time, he also worked extensively with builders, developers and investors, and gained firsthand insight into new construction and the business of real estate.

The transition to traditional real estate sales, both residential and commercial, was a natural one, and when Shawn joined RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services 13 years ago, he brought with him his keen industry acumen, strong work ethic and desire to help individual buyers and sellers achieve their personal real estate goals.  Today, with an impressive number of sales and satisfied repeat clients to his credit, Shawn has emerged as one of the area’s top producing REALTOR®/Broker Associates and top industry experts.

Taking a responsive, proactive approach to his business, Shawn created The Shawn Sullivan Team in order to better meet the needs of his growing client base.  The Shawn Sullivan Team is comprised of experienced REALTORS® who share Shawn’s same commitment to personalized client attention and overall service excellence.

Additionally, over the years, Shawn has built a solid network of industry professionals: mortgage lenders, bankers, attorneys, tax accountants, service people, etc., all of whom                  stand ready to assist his clients. 

Shawn holds a Real Estate Brokers License and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the highest designation awarded to Sales Associates in the residential sales field.  He is an award-winning REALTOR who has been recognized regionally with RE/MAX’s Platinum Award and is a member of RE/MAX International’s prestigious “Hall of Fame.”

A lifelong resident of the Boston North area, Shawn is the dedicated father of two sons with whom he shares an avid interest in outdoor activities, travel and adventure.
